Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience; or high school/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• Producer's License required or able to obtain licensing as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and ensure needs are met across renewals.
• Mentor team members and support ongoing client risk management needs.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Deliver tailored solutions to secure existing business.
