Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our small business division and deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base. You’ll lead renewal processes, secure existing business, and drive additional services while ensuring high-quality, timely solutions and strong client satisfaction.

You’ll nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives, mentor team members, and uphold compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims experience OR HS/GED with 3+ years client service/claims experience.

Responsabilités

• Take a leadership role in renewals to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
• Secure existing business and drive additional services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives.
• Guide team members in addressing client risk management needs.
• Mentor Client Service team through learning and feedback.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and service levels.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher system.
• Use Gallagher technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage multiple competing priorities.
