Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service, building lasting relationships and adding value in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with extensive experience in client service.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to build relationships.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and promote additional services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely, quality service.
• Support risk management needs through consultative conversations and strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
