Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our PL division. You will lead renewal efforts, secure ongoing business, and grow service lines while building strong client relationships. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data integrity, and leveraging Gallagher technology to deliver superior service.

You will mentor teammates, ensure compliance, and manage competing priorities to support clients with varying risk management needs on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• High School diploma/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure high-quality, timely solutions for clients.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives within the organization.
• Guide team members in addressing clients' risk management needs through consultative conversations.
• Mentor Client Service team members through learning, feedback, and talent development.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively.
