The role involves inbound and outbound calls, email and digital channels, with a focus on de-escalation and solution-driven outcomes. You will document conversations in Salesforce, meet performance targets, and operate in a remote, full-time capacity across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services with a strong focus on persuasion and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving strategies.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
