National Debt Relief is seeking commission-driven, experienced Client Loyalty Specialists (Retention Agents) to support clients at risk of canceling their service through inbound and outbound communication and digital channels. This is a full-time remote role with multiple schedule options.

The role emphasizes active listening, de-escalation, and persuasive communication to retain clients, with Salesforce documentation and performance-based compensation including bonuses and commissions.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of phone-based sales, collections, banking, or loan services experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling enrollment via calls, email, and digital channels.
