Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists (Retention Agents) to support clients at risk of canceling their service through inbound and outbound communication and digital channels. This full-time remote role offers flexible schedules with an expected start date of 12/7/2026.

You will engage clients, build rapport, de-escalate tough conversations, document discussions in Salesforce, and meet performance criteria while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving strategies while providing solutions.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Show the values and benefits of the program to clients.
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set forth by management; adhere to policies.
