National Debt Relief is seeking a Commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialist to support clients at risk of canceling their service. This remote, full-time role offers flexible ET schedules and emphasizes professionalism, active listening, and de-escalation skills to maintain client relationships.

You will engage clients via calls, email, and digital channels, document conversations in Salesforce, and strive to meet performance targets while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services with a strong focus on persuasion and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving strategies while providing solutions that will help clients stay in program.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce CRM software.
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team and adhere to department policies.
