Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or onboarding.

• Confident leading video calls with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up tasks.
• Familiar with remote workflow monitoring software.
• Reliable computer with 8GB RAM and fast internet.
• External webcam and quality headset/mic.
• Willingness to complete additional assessments.
