Job summary

Supporting Cast, a remote-first podcasting and internal communications platform, seeks a Client Success Manager to onboard and support enterprise clients. You will guide internal podcasters through onboarding, launch, and ongoing content, while driving adoption and sharing best practices across teams.

As the first hire in this function, you will shape its scope, collaborate with leadership, and help our clients achieve human-centered employee communications using our platform and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for the employee experience and pride in making our partners feel supported
• A problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and relentless on our clients’ behalf
• A passion for the future of work: You want to make work more human and fundamentally better for employees
• Comfort with remote work and common productivity tools (our stack: Google Suite, Slack, and Notion)
• An interest in using A.I. tools to help scale a fast-growing company
• A love for podcasts—you get why this makes so much sense for distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Onboard internal podcasters: guide setup, adoption strategies, and program rollout.
• Proactively consult with clients: drive adoption, share best practices, and inspire creative approaches.
• Become work besties with our clients: build trust as a trusted adviser.
• Create and improve support resources: develop FAQs, guides, and templates for scale.
