AI Acquisition is seeking a Client Onboarding Concierge to help new customers move through the first steps of their journey. This hands-on, client-facing role emphasizes phone communication, quick responses, and consistent follow-up.

You will welcome customers, help book calls, guide them through setup, and ensure they are prepared for onboarding. The role focuses on enabling progress, not delivering Intro or Onboarding calls.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Appointment Setting, Onboarding, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers quickly after purchase, aiming to reach the first call within 30 minutes.
• Welcome customers and explain their next steps in the onboarding path.
• Book and confirm Intro and Onboarding calls with customers.
• Follow up by phone, SMS, and email when there is no response.
• Help customers access platforms and complete required setup before calls.
• Rebook customers who miss appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Resolve simple login, booking, and platform issues.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate notes on interactions, progress, and next steps.
• Persistently follow up until onboarding is completed.
