Pavago is hiring a Success Manager to own the post-sale client experience, from onboarding and campaign execution to retention and long-term success. This remote role requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration with the founder, developers, and outreach team to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

You will manage 20–30 active clients, lead onboarding, monitor performance, and develop scalable delivery processes as the company grows.

• Ability to own onboarding, campaigns, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for 20–30 active clients.
• Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and recurring client meetings.
• Build trusted relationships with founders and exec stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and reduce churn.
• Review and optimize cold email campaigns.
• Develop SOPs and client delivery playbooks.
• Monitor KPIs and report to the founder.
