You’ll balance hands-on delivery with portfolio oversight, shaping standard processes, resource planning, and governance across the team while partnering with commercial, product, operations, and solutions teams to meet client commitments in a remote-friendly, US-wide role.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• Proven ability to fully own and run a team independently.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs, and supervises a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Owns hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development within the team.
• Manages portfolio delivery, budgeting, and stakeholder communication across client implementations.
