Job summary

The role blends people leadership with hands-on project involvement, guiding process improvements and collaborating with sales, product, and operations to deliver successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Takes full ownership of the client implementation project management team
• Sets the strategic vision and direction for the client implementation project management function, translating PSI’s strategy into goals for the team
• Anticipates future demand, capability gaps, and risks, and shapes how the function should evolve
• Partners with commercial, product, operations, and solutions leadership to align delivery with objectives
• Brings a portfolio-level perspective to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and predictability
• Leads and mentors Project Managers and Senior Project Managers; manages hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Manages capacity and resource allocation across the portfolio, forecasting demand and identifying gaps
• Supports the Proposals and Sales cycles by defining realistic implementation timelines for prospective clients
• Develops and maintains expertise in PSI products, configurations, and integrations to guide successful delivery
