Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead a client‑facing team that delivers end‑to‑end implementations. The role requires owning the team, shaping the operating model, and ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, and customer outcomes.

You will mentor Project Managers, forecast demand, and collaborate with sales and product to align timelines with PSI’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years overall in project or program delivery, with 2–3 years directly managing and coaching project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proven ability to own and run a team independently with strong stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑level client implementations across multiple teams and product lines.
• Proficiency in using web‑based project management platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Prince2 / PMP / Agile experience; project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the client implementation project management team and sets direction for the function.
• Leads and coaches a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to meet delivery goals.
• Manages portfolio capacity, resource allocation, and escalation for at‑risk projects.
• Supports proposals by defining timelines and delivery approaches for prospective clients.
• Develops standardized processes, dashboards, and governance across the team.
• Partners with commercial, product, operations, and solutions leadership to align delivery with objectives.
