Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead and develop a team delivering end-to-end client implementations. The role focuses on onboarding new clients to PSI technology and driving delivery with strong governance and strategic alignment.

The position combines people leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring deep knowledge of PSI products, configurations, and integrations, and collaboration with commercial, product, operations, solutions, and proposals

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10 years in project or program delivery.
• 8+ years leading project management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns the client implementation project management team and delivers outcomes on time and within scope.
• Sets strategic vision for the function and translates business strategy into an operating model and goals.
• Balances hands-on delivery with portfolio oversight and resource planning across the portfolio.
