Job summary

PSI is seeking a Manager of Client Implementation Project Management to lead and develop a team delivering end-to-end client implementations. You will own the delivery, set standards, and partner with commercial, product, and operations to align with PSI’s goals.

The role requires 10+ years in project delivery with 2–3 years of people management, strong program governance, and experience with MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet. Remote-US role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project/program delivery, plus 2–3 years directly supervising project managers.
• Education to Bachelor’s degree level in a related field.
• Proven ability to own and run a team independently and to lead, coach, and develop staff.
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise‑level client implementations across multiple teams and product lines.
• Proficiency with web‑based project management tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Owns, leads, and grows the client implementation project management team.
• Sets strategic vision and operating model for the function with goals and roadmap.
• Balances portfolio needs with capacity, forecasting demand and resource planning.
• Provides escalation support for at‑risk projects and guides teams to resolution.
• Presents implementation timelines and approaches to prospects during the sales cycle.
• Develops standardized processes, templates, and governance across the team.
