Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead the client implementations team and ensure successful onboarding of new clients onto PSI technology and workflows.

The role combines hands-on project leadership with portfolio-wide process improvement, governance, and staffing decisions, delivering on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Takes full ownership of the client implementation project management team, making sound, timely decisions and setting direction.
• Sets the strategic vision and direction for the client implementation project management function, translating PSI's business strategy into a clear operating model and goals.
• Thinks ahead of current delivery—anticipating demand, capability gaps, risks, and evolving how the function should operate to support the business.
• Partners with commercial, product, operations, and solutions leadership to align delivery with strategic objectives and allocate resources accordingly.
• Brings a portfolio-level, big-picture perspective to decision-making, balancing short-term pressures with long-term scalability and predictability.
