Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead the client onboarding and oversee end-to-end project delivery. You will manage a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This remote-US role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in delivery, and proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• 2–3 years directly managing and coaching project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation PM team, ensuring timely delivery.
• Sets the strategic vision and operating model for the function.
• Balances workload across the portfolio and foresees capacity gaps.
• Coaches PMs, conducts performance reviews, and supports career growth.
• Supports proposals by defining realistic implementation timelines.
