Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Client Billing Coordinator to join our team. You will prepare prebills and client invoices, translate attorney instructions into action, and ensure a smooth billing experience for internal teams and clients.

Under the Billing Supervisor, you will use Elite 3E to manage parent/child billing, AFAs, and monthly closings, while providing accurate reports and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Two years of related accounting experience.
• AA degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and use a 10-key keypad.
• Familiarity with Elite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process prebills and client invoices in Elite 3E.
• Manage billing under Alternative Fee Arrangements.
• Generate reports on balances and billing status.
• Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve questions.
• Explain billing policies and advise on special arrangements.
• Maintain attendance and overtime to meet monthly closing.
