Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Client Billing Coordinator to prepare prebills and client invoices, including complex task-based and parent/child billing in Elite 3E. The role supports attorneys and staff and drives accurate, timely billing across the firm.

You will handle Alternative Fee Arrangements, perform reporting on balances, and respond to client inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related accounting experience
• AA degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process prebills and client invoices in Elite 3E as directed
• Manage billing under Alternative Fee Arrangements
• Research and generate reports on balances, billing status, and requests
• Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve questions with attorneys and staff
• Explain and reinforce timekeeping and billing policies to lawyers and staff
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to meet monthly closing deadlines
