Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Client Billing Coordinator to join our team. You will prepare accurate prebills and client invoices, translate attorney instructions into action, and ensure a seamless billing experience for clients and internal teams.

Under the Billing Supervisor, you will manage high-volume workloads, maintain accuracy, and support monthly closings. A 2-year accounting background and an AA degree or equivalent are required, with proficiency in Elite 3E and

Qualifications

• 2 years of related accounting experience
• AA degree or equivalent required
• Strong accounting and billing practices with high accuracy

Responsibilities

• Prepare prebills and client invoices in Elite 3E as directed by attorneys
• Manage billing under Alternative Fee Arrangements including deferrals, discounts, and caps
• Research and report balances, billing status, revisions, and AP support
• Respond to client billing inquiries and coordinate with attorneys and staff to fulfill requirements
• Explain timekeeping and billing policies and advise on special arrangements and Elite 3E capabilities
• Maintain attendance and be prepared to work overtime to meet monthly closings and deadlines
