Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Client Billing Coordinator to prepare prebills and client invoices, translating attorney instructions into action and ensuring a seamless billing experience for internal teams and external clients.

Under the direction of the Billing Supervisor, you will generate reports, respond to billing inquiries, and reinforce timekeeping and billing policies while leveraging Elite 3E capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related accounting experience.
• AA degree or equivalent required.
• Strong billing and invoicing knowledge; able to handle high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prebills and client invoices in Elite 3E.
• Manage billing under Alternative Fee Arrangements.
• Generate reports on balances and billing status.
• Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve questions.
• Explain timekeeping and billing policies to lawyers and staff.
• Maintain attendance and meet monthly close deadlines.
