Ashhurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Client Billing Coordinator to prepare accurate prebills and client invoices in Elite 3E. You will support monthly closings, respond to inquiries, and advise on billing policies while coordinating with attorneys and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of related accounting experience, AA degree or equivalent, and strong Excel/Word skills. This remote role offers a comprehensive benefits package and robust professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid command of accounting and billing practices.
• Able to manage high-volume workloads with competing priorities.
• Explain and reinforce timekeeping and billing policies.
• Accurately calculate rates, percentages, discounts, and other billing figures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prebills and client invoices, including task-based and parent/child billing in Elite 3E.
• Manage billing under Alternative Fee Arrangements (deferrals, discounts, caps).
• Research and generate reports on balances, billing status, revisions, and accounts payable support.
• Respond to client billing inquiries and coordinate with attorneys and staff to resolve questions.
• Advise lawyers on special billing arrangements and Elite 3E capabilities.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to meet monthly closing deadlines.
