Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Client Billing Coordinator to translate attorney instructions into timely client invoices and ensure a seamless billing experience for clients and internal teams.

Under a Billing Supervisor, you will prepare prebills and invoices in Elite 3E, handle AFAs, run balances and reports, and advise lawyers on billing rules. This role offers remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related accounting experience
• AA degree or equivalent required
• Experience with Elite 3E or similar billing systems preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare prebills and client invoices in Elite 3E according to attorney directions
• Manage billing under Alternative Fee Arrangements
• Generate reports on balances, billing status, and accounts payable support
• Respond to billing inquiries and coordinate with attorneys and staff
• Explain timekeeping and billing policies to lawyers and staff
• Maintain attendance and be flexible to work overtime to meet monthly closing deadlines
