Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary client contact for the health analytics platform. You will ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries, support stop loss and claims reporting, and securely deliver data for customer workflows.

HIPAA compliance and data security are essential. Ideal candidates have CRM experience (SFDC/HubSpot/Zoho), strong Excel and Outlook skills, and proven ability to lead meetings and projects for healthcare

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using CRM systems (SFDC, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Advanced Excel skills: data validation, pivot charts, macros
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for emails, scheduling, and rules
• Ability to lead meetings and inspire confidence in customers

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries regarding Lumelight analytics platform
• Support questions on stop loss tracking, plan financials, claims reporting, and chronic condition reporting
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for customer workflows
• Lead software testing during releases
• Lead projects for customers adding groups to Lumelight
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing data post setup
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge
• Manage multiple questions with quick resolution
