Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients on our health insurance analytics platform. You will help with stop loss tracking, plan financials, claim and chronic condition reporting, and secure data delivery.

This role requires HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI, strong communication, and project management skills. It is remote within Lumelight-approved states and involves 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in administrative or client management roles.
• Experience with healthcare or claims processing is a strong plus.
• Ability to understand client plan documentation and audit responses.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries about the Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support stop loss tracking, plan financials, claim and chronic condition reporting.
• Coordinate secure delivery of Lumelight data to customers.
• Lead software testing during releases and facilitate communication for new groups.
• QA newly configured groups by comparing client data with Lumelight data.
• Provide SME input in analytics or health-insurance knowledge.
