Lumelight is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. The role focuses on timely, accurate, and empathetic support while handling PHI in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

You will help clients with inquiries on stop loss tracking, plan financials, and claim reporting, and lead testing and project activities for groups joining Lumelight. Strong communication and healthcare knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience using CRM systems for ticket management.
• Communicate effectively to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Advanced Excel skills including data validation, pivot charts, and macros.
• Proficient with Outlook for email, scheduling, and rules.
• Ability to lead a meeting and inspire confidence in customers.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve inquiries about the Lumelight analytics platform with customers.
• Answer questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, projection, and reporting.
• Support workflows that involve securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing during releases with specified scenarios.
• Coordinate projects and communications for clients adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly created groups by comparing client data with Lumelight data post-setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge to the team.
• Manage multiple questions from different sources while maintaining speed of resolution.
