Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. The role emphasizes delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support while handling PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

You will resolve inquiries, manage workflows, lead testing, and guide projects involving group additions, data QA, and SME guidance in analytics or health insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using CRM systems (SFDC/HubSpot/Zoho) for ticket management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates to build rapport.
• Advanced Excel skills: data validation, pivot charts, macros for troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email, scheduling, and rules.
• Ability to lead a meeting and inspire confidence with customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries regarding the Lumelight analytics platform with customers.
• Answer questions on stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, projection, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for customer workflows.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight system during releases.
• Lead projects by coordinating communications for customers adding groups.
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing client data to Lumelight post-setups.
• Provide SME support in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
• Manage multiple questions with quick resolutions.
