Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the main user contact for clients on our health insurance analytics platform. You will ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support for inquiries related to accounts while adhering to HIPAA and data security standards.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, supporting stop loss tracking and claim reporting, delivering data securely, and leading testing and client onboarding for new groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or client management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Employee Benefit and Self-Funded Health Plan knowledge is a strong plus.
• Healthcare or claims auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Answer questions on stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data to customers.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight system during releases.
• Coordinate projects for clients adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing client data with Lumelight data.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
