Job summary

Lumelight is hiring an Account Manager for Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. The role emphasizes timely, accurate, and empathetic support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.

Responsibilities include guiding customers on claims reporting, stop loss tracking, and group additions, while leading testing and QA for new features.

Qualifications

• Time management to handle multiple inquiries with quick resolution.
• Experience using CRM systems (SFDC/HubSpot/Zoho) for ticket management.
• Clear and effective communication to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Advanced Excel skills: data validation, pivot charts, macros for troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for emails, scheduling, and rules.
• Ability to lead meetings and inspire confidence with customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform for clients.
• Support questions on stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking and projection, claim reporting, chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data to support customer workflows.
• Lead software testing of Lumelight through scenarios during releases.
• Facilitate communication for customers adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA newly implemented groups by comparing customer data with Lumelight data post setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance to the team.
