Job summary

Lumelight, a healthcare analytics and compliance platform, seeks an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve clients remotely across approved states. You will be the primary contact, resolving inquiries about the Lumelight analytics platform and PHI handling with HIPAA compliance.

You will coordinate stop loss tracking, plan financials, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting; lead testing during releases; manage customer groups; and share subject matter expertise to strengthen client

Qualifications

• 2+ years using CRM systems such as SFDC, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Strong data validation skills in Excel with pivot charts and macros.
• Excellent communication and meeting-leading abilities.
• Experience with Outlook, scheduling and email management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about the Lumelight analytics platform for customers.
• Support stop loss tracking, plan financials, claim reporting and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data to customers as needed.
• Lead software testing during releases and facilitate customer onboarding of groups.
• Provide SME support in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong time management while handling multiple inquiries.
