Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Assist with stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, and claim reporting.
• Support data access and delivery workflows for customers.
• Lead software testing during releases and scenarios.
• Facilitate communication and project flow when customers add groups.
• QA newly created groups against Lumelight data post-setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
