Job summary

Lumelight, LLC., a healthcare analytics and compliance platform, seeks an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to be the primary customer contact. You will handle inquiries, data delivery, and training while ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure handling of PHI.

Responsibilities include supporting stop loss tracking, claims reporting, and analytics projects; leading testing, coordinating group additions, and presenting SME insights to clients and the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or client management experience, preferably healthcare
• Employee Benefit and Self-Funded Health Plan knowledge is a strong plus
• Healthcare-related or prior claims auditing experience is a plus
• Ability to review client plan documents, audit findings, and administrator responses

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about the Lumelight analytics platform for customers
• Support questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, projection, claim reporting, health data
