Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform for clients.
• Support stop loss, plan financial tracking, claim reporting, and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases and lead customer groups onboarding.
