Job summary

Lumelight is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary client contact for our health insurance analytics platform. You will ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support, with strict HIPAA/data-security adherence for PHI.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, supporting stop-loss and claim reporting, leading testing and group add projects, and delivering SME insights in analytics or health insurance. This is a remote role within approved Lumelight states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or client management experience.
• Healthcare benefits knowledge a strong plus.
• Experience with claims processing or adjudication preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Ability to manage competing inquiries and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform for customers.
• Assist with stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, and claim reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases.
• Coordinate projects for adding groups to Lumelight.
• QA new groups by comparing client data to Lumelight data.
• Provide subject matter expertise in analytics or health insurance.
