Lumelight, LLC. is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform.

You will deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support for inquiries related to accounts, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance and data security. In this remote role, you will manage multiple client requests, support stop loss and claims reporting workflows, and lead testing during releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or client management experience.
• Healthcare, claims processing or adjudication knowledge a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, and claims reporting.
• Assist workflows by securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing during releases.
• Coordinate projects for clients adding groups.
• QA new groups by comparing client data with Lumelight.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
