Job summary

Lumelight, LLC. is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to deliver superior service for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. You will be the main contact, ensuring timely, accurate support while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security.

Role requires strong communication, healthcare knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is remote within Lumelight-approved states with standard office tooling provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative or client management experience.
• Healthcare/claims/benefits knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting complex clients and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients using our analytics platform.
• Support inquiries regarding stop loss tracking, financial tracking, and claim reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for customer workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases and coordinate client communications.
• Facilitate client groups additions and project communications.
• QA new groups by comparing client data to Lumelight data post-setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge.
