Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to design, install, support, and upgrade UC infrastructure. This 100% remote role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting complex systems, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

The position requires hands-on experience with CUCM, CUC, WebEx Control Hub, Jabber, VoIP concepts, and strong networking knowledge. Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 2+ years supporting Cisco UC or non-Cisco collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as UC subject matter expert for incidents and escalations.
• Monitor and optimize unified communications platforms for uptime.
• Coordinate with IT groups on changes and security.
• Document configurations, processes, and diagrams.
