Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Unified Communications Administrator II - Infrastructure to design, install, support, and upgrade the Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on UC and networking knowledge and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a remote-capable bank environment. You will monitor systems, assist senior team members, manage CUCM and Unity configurations, and create technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with hands-on UC experience.
• Minimum of two yearshands-on experience supporting Cisco Unified Communications or other collaboration platforms.
• Minimum of one relevant industry certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with minimal supervision.
• Monitor UC systems and endpoints to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Security teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for users and peers.
• Submit Change Management requests for scheduled maintenance.
• Provide daily status updates and participate in on-call rotations.
