Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator to design, implement, and support our UC infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity, and VoIP, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues and document solutions for end users and engineers. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Network, Security, and Telephony teams, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high system availability across banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on Cisco Networking/UC experience.
• Minimum one relevant industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact on service issues for unified communications platforms.
• Executes daily monitoring checks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Assist senior team members with optimization of platform configuration and design.
• Communicates status updates to stakeholders and prepares technical documentation.
