Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services engagements from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will manage a team of AppCons delivering CIS implementations for utility/municipal clients and drive delivery methodology, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and within-budget outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in professional services, 4+ years in senior leadership, and strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in a professional services or consulting role in utility/municipal software.
4+ years in a senior/managing consultant role with 4+ CIS projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent software implementations for utility/municipal clients.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecast, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons across all consulting tiers to meet project goals.
Provide solution oversight across concurrent Cayenta CIS implementations.
Allocate resources to maximize utilization and prevent burnout.
Drive repeatable delivery frameworks and ongoing methodology improvements.
Lead client workshops to elicit requirements and drive configuration.
Maintain executive sponsor communications and milestone reporting.
Monitor budgets, ETC/POC, and project health with Finance.
