Job summary
Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services engagements from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will manage a team of Application Consultants delivering utility and municipal CIS deployments across billing, customer service, field operations, and integrations with adjacent systems.
This remote role welcomes candidates in the US and Canada with travel approximately 50%.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role within utility/municipal software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach Application Consultants across all consulting tiers to achieve project objectives.
- Provide solution oversight across multiple Cayenta CIS implementations and mentor consultants to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Allocate resources across client engagements to optimize utilization and prevent burnout.
- Drive Cayenta’s implementation methodology and lead workshops to gather requirements.
- Manage project budgets, ETC/POC reporting, and client communications.
