Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Specialist to grow sales through large channel partners across the US. You will promote Leica’s microscopy portfolio, develop new accounts, and drive profitable growth in the Life Science and Applied business.

You will travel up to 50% within the US, train partners, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets while delivering technical solutions and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling products of a technical nature.
• Demonstrated understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application.
• Relationship Building with channel partners; Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Commercial, Government, University, Industry sectors

Responsibilities

• Increase Sales through Large Channel Partners: Collaborate with channel partners to co-prospect new customers, recommend Leica microscopy products, and implement growth strategies to drive sales in the territory.
• Product and Application Expertise: Be the go-to expert on Leica’s routine microscopy solutions, helping partners understand and promote the full product portfolio.
• Upskill and Support Partners: Ensure channel partner representatives are trained and knowledgeable about Leica products, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Field Sales and Customer Engagement: Direct field sales, follow up on leads, attend shows, and maintain relationships across government, academic, pharmaceutical, and industrial accounts.
• CRM and Internal Collaboration: Keep Salesforce up to date and collaborate with Sales, Product, CS, Engineering and others.
• Relationship Development and Management: Own and manage large channel partner relationships and execute go-to-market strategies with local partners
