Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Specialist to grow sales with large channel partners across the US in Life Science and Applied business. You will build relationships, promote Leica’s microscopy portfolio, and drive revenue growth through collaborative channel management.

The role requires a biology/chemistry degree, 3+ years in technical sales, strong microscopy knowledge, and excellent relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry or related scientific field.
• 3+ years of successful selling products with a technical nature.
• Demonstrated understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through large channel partners and drive growth in assigned territory.
• Act as go-to expert on Leica’s routine microscopy solutions and promote full portfolio.
• Upskill channel partners with product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in direct field sales, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Own and manage large channel partner relationships and execute go-to-market strategy.
