Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling technically complex products.
• Strong understanding of microscopy, imaging, and applications.
• Proven ability to build relationships with channel partners and drive growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse accounts.
• Knowledge of commercial, government, university, and industry landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales with large channel partners by promoting Leica microscopy products.
• Serve as the product and application expert for Leica’s routine microscopy solutions.
• Train and enable channel partners on Leica products and opportunities.
• Engage in direct field sales, follow up on leads, and attend trade shows.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams.
• Manage and grow large channel partner relationships to execute go-to-market strategies.
