Job summary

Leica Microsystems in the United States is seeking a Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth through large channel partners and promote Leica microscopy products. You will build and maintain relationships with government, academic, pharmaceutical, and industrial accounts, providing tailored solutions.

The role requires a biology/chemistry degree and 3+ years of technical sales experience, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years successful selling products of a technical nature.
• Demonstrated core understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application.
• Relationship Building with channel partners; Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of specific area of work (Commercial, Government, University, Industry etc.)

Responsibilities

• Increase Sales through Large Channel Partners: collaborate with partners to prospe ct new customers and drive growth.
• Act as the go-to expert on Leica’s microscopy solutions to promote the full product portfolio.
• Upskill channel partner representatives and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in field sales activities, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams.
