Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Manager to lead partnerships with national distributors across North America and drive growth through strategic alignment and enablement. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Applied, Sample Prep and Channel Partner Management within the Commercial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or management within life sciences.
• Experience in managing large channels preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and marketing communications skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end relationships with large national distribution partners at leadership level.
• Manage and develop a direct-report team with selling responsibilities and quotas.
• Own regular business reviews with channel partners and monitor performance.
• Collaborate on product positioning, pricing, and marketing to optimize distributor channels.
• Provide training and field enablement to distributor reps and internal teams.
