Job summary

Leica Microsystems is seeking a remote Channel Sales Manager to lead and optimize the North America distribution strategy, driving growth with national distributors and ensuring coverage, marketing activities, and training for channel partners.

You will report to the Director of Applied, Sample Prep and Channel Partner Management as part of the Commercial team, with full remote work options and a focus on revenue growth and partner performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or management within the life sciences industry.
• Experience in managing large channels preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and marketing communications skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Leadership & Strategic Alignment with large national distributors and driving mutual growth.
• Team Management & Sales Execution: manage a direct-report team, set quotas, and coordinate with distributor reps.
• Performance Management & Business Reviews: cadence of reviews, scorecards, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Portfolio Positioning & Marketing Enablement: ensure product positioning, pricing, content, and visibility across portals.
• Training & Field Enablement: trainings, remote product demos, and ongoing technical support for partners.
