Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Manager for the North America region to lead distribution partnerships and drive revenue growth. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Applied, Sample Prep and Channel Partner Management within the Commercial team.

You will manage a direct sales team, optimize partner engagement, and coordinate across functions to position products effectively in partner channels, while meeting revenue and margin goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of channel sales or management within the life sciences industry.
• Experience in managing large channels preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and marketing communications skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business relationships with large national distribution partners, aligning on mutual growth priorities.
• Develop joint strategic plans and translate them into actionable initiatives to accelerate distribution revenue.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports with selling responsibility, set quotas and strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners, manage supplier scorecards, and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product positioning, pricing accuracy, and marketing enablement.
